The activities of DID people most of the time are dominated by any one trait of personalities thus there is huge contradiction in between the activities. Psychotherapy by mental intervention brings out the factors creating complex in personalities and by means of counseling try to eliminate/lower don other traits of personality to bring an integrity in the presence of the person.
By psychoanalysis the psychologist can trace out the root cause of the DID and can make an idea how many personalities are active within the entity.
