Diagnostic Criteria for Recognizing DID

DID is a complicated psychosis and it needs proper diagnosis to provide proper medical treatment for the person affected as well as to ensure his physical and mental safety. The preliminary test for DID is (DES) Dissociating Experiences Scale. If the grading of the patient is seen on the higher end, further tests are done to detect the level of DID.
